From Data to Discovery: Our Work Process
Classification
After the classification of the ten fingerprint patterns, the first equation is applied to attribute one or more of the following five Personality Profiles: Pleaser, Achiever, Mediator, Enthusiast, Defender or a combination thereof, each with its own Strengths and Weaknesses (Internal Elements)..
Coding
The second equation is based on Quotients ranging from 1-5, which unlock the Potentials and Challenges (External Elements). The Potentials are found on fingers presenting the highest Quotient, whilst the Challenges get revealed on fingers presenting the lowest Quotient.
Connecting
This step consists of the connection between results stemming from Strengths and Weaknesses (Internal Elements) and Potentials and Challenges (External Elements), sculpting each person’s overall personality dynamic.
